We have a large range of fitness classes to suit everyone. Whether you are new to fitness or looking for a new classes to mix things up we have a class to suit you. Class Descriptions

Ab Attack

45 Minute workout targeting the core and abs


45 minute high intensity studio cycling

Core Toning

A demanding class to help increase core stability and endurance


Variable intensity class using various styles of exercises to increase strength, endurance, and core stability

Body Weight

Variable intensity class using bodyweight exercises to increase strength, endurance and stability


45 Minute workout specified for toning legs, glutes, core and abs


Class centred around boxing/kickboxing with added high intensity exercises   


Workout combining movements with water resistance

Fat Burn

30 minute intense fat burning class targeting the whole body

Fun Friday

A fun type of exercise chosen by the instructor


Classic yoga styles designed around mind and body. Emphasis on improving flexibility through progressive postures and poses. All abilities welcome!

Beginner – A class for brand new beginners who want to learn the basic steps to 4 Ballroom and Latin dances.

Level 2- A class continuing on from the taster course to learn the technique of the dances learnt.

Swimming Lessons

We hold swimming lessons twice a week. Monday’s 13:30 – 16:30 and Sunday’s 08:30 – 11:30

The 300

The 300 is a high intensity class that takes no prisoners and gives no rest! It is an ‘as fast as you can’ personal achievement workout designed to create targets for you to aim to beat as you progress – you will be motivated in the right way by the trainer, although you might not like it at the time due to it’s intensity!


Boxfit is a fun HIIT style circuit integrating the martial art of boxing – hard work but with our trainers a great workout and worth every bead of sweat.
